When COVID forced everything to pause, she realised one harsh truth, the company was too dependent on individual people.

That became Lesson No.1: Rotate roles so no employee becomes irreplaceable. Lesson No.2: Never let anyone hold the company hostage.
“If someone says the company can’t run without them, I’ll shut it for four days. But I won’t be threatened,” she says with absolute clarity.

So she rebuilt, slowly training everyone, rotating responsibilities, and upgrading technology step-by-step. Because real stability comes from systems, not individuals.
