With over two decades of leadership across academia, corporate strategy, and global partnerships, Naveen Luthra has stepped into his new role as Incharge-Dean, Unitedworld School of Liberal Arts and Mass Communication at KarnavatiUniversity (KU).

Naveen’s association with Karnavati University began in 2022 as Assistant Director – Unitedworld Institute of Management, where he contributed to academic administration, industry interface, and student development. Earlier this year, he also took on the role of Director – Unitedworld Institute of Management, expanding his leadership within the university ecosystem.

Beyond academia, his career reflects a rich blend of corporate and international experience. He served as Senior Vice President – Global Strategic Partnerships & Growth at University Living, Director – Business Growth and Global Strategy at Raptor Supplies Limited (UK), and Director – Industry Interface atLovely Professional University, where he spearheaded strategic collaborations and startup ecosystem initiatives.
His global footprint also includes leadership roles as Director – Strategic Business and Partnerships at VConnect.com, Nigeriawhere he drove partnerships with Mastercard, Truecaller, and Facebook. Also senior strategic positions at Vice President – Group Strategic Alliances (International) at ASKME.com, Vice President (Business Head) at Magicbricks, and Associate Vice President at Rediff.com.
From building cross-border alliances to shaping future-ready curriculums, Naveen’s journey underscores his ability to bridge academia and industry while preparing students for dynamic global careers.
At KU, he now leads the Liberal Arts and Mass Communication vertical, bringing his expertise in academic innovation, corporate relations, and student engagement to foster an ecosystem of creativity and critical thinking.
