With nearly eight years at Equifax and over 17 years of engineering leadership experience, Nirav brings deep expertise in enterprise systems, product engineering, and modern financial technology.
Nirav’s journey at Equifax began in 2018, when he joined as Senior Application Developer, contributing to critical lending and housing technology solutions. His consistent delivery and technical clarity led to his promotion as Lead Software Engineer. Where he spent more than five years building high-performing engineering teams, modernizing core applications, and driving microservices adoption across mortgage platforms. His new leadership role marks a natural progression, reflecting his strong command over enterprise-grade digital transformation.
Before Equifax, Nirav served as Programmer Analyst at Softweb Solutions (An Avnet Company), where he worked as onsite coordinator and senior developer for Alliant Credit Union projects. He engineered lending applications using MVC.NET, Entity Framework, SQL, WCF services, and modern front-end frameworks. Also he was delivering seamless financial transaction workflows for credit union customers.
Earlier, at Priya Softweb Solutions, he contributed as a Senior Technical Analyst, where he developed cross-platform mobile applications (Xamarin.Forms), automated UI and ETL workflows, managed deployments with TeamCity and Octopus, and executed end-to-end development across MVC.NET, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. His experience here strengthened his base in automation, enterprise architecture, and multi-device engineering.
Nirav’s longest early career chapter was at Concept Infoway Pvt. Ltd., spanning nearly seven years. Rising from Web Developerto Senior Software Engineer and finally Team Leader. He architected enterprise APIs, implemented ASP.NET Web API 2 solutions, drove adoption of Team Foundation Server 2013, and introduced responsive UI development practices across large-scale client projects. His work established engineering standards that supported scalable, high-performance applications for global clients.
Across his career, Nirav has built a robust technical foundation spanning C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Web API, SQL Server, HTML/CSS, KnockoutJS, Silverlight, MVVM, SpecFlow, Git, and a wide suite of enterprise development tools, forming the backbone of the engineering leader he is today.
As he steps into this pivotal senior leadership role, Nirav is now shaping the future of mortgage technology at Equifax with a forward-looking engineering strategy. His vision is centered on modernizing large-scale mortgage platforms, advancing cloud-native and microservices-driven workflows, and introducing scalable, resilient architectures that support the next era of lending technologies.
