In a strategic leadership move, Vikas Srivastava has stepped into the role of Vice President – Business Head (Retail & C&I) at Future Solar.

With more than 22 years of leadership experience across retail, channel development, and enterprise sales, Srivastava brings strong expertise in building large-scale distribution networks and driving revenue growth. His appointment comes at a time when solar adoption across commercial and industrial sectors is witnessing strong momentum across India.

Prior to joining Future Solar, Srivastava served as Regional Head at Waaree Group, where he played an important role in expanding market presence within the renewable energy ecosystem. Over the years, he has also built leadership experience across organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Sify Technologies, Tata Teleservices, MTS India, Reliance Communications, and Reliance Jio, strengthening his expertise in enterprise growth and channel strategy.

In his new role, Srivastava will lead the Retail and C&I sales vertical, focusing on accelerating PV module sales, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding Future Solar’s national footprint. His leadership is expected to further align the company’s commercial strategy with India’s rapidly expanding solar energy demand.
