Ltd. (Inovatix Healthcare), Ahmedabad.
His appointment marks a significant progression in a professional journey shaped by working closely with entrepreneurs, strengthening emerging businesses, and managing organisational growth.
From Supporting Startups to Leading an Organisation
Before joining Inovatix Healthcare, Jaimin served as Operations Manager at Shira MedTech, where he managed multiple organisational functions, including finance, human resources, legal compliance, sales, production, and research and development.
His responsibilities extended beyond day-to-day operations to financial planning, cross-functional coordination, organisational strategy, and business development.
Earlier, during his tenure as Senior Associate – Incubation at AIC GUSEC, Atal Incubation Center, Gujarat University, he played an active role in strengthening Gujarat’s startup ecosystem.
With experience supervising a portfolio of over 150 startups, he has supported emerging ventures through mentorship, fundraising assistance, market validation, strategic partnerships, and access to government funding schemes.
His professional portfolio includes working with startups such as Kaarigar Clinic, Eco Impulse, RecycleX, Jajal Medical, Zero Cow Factory, Aha Solar, and BabyOrgano, among others.
Jaimin also previously held operational leadership responsibilities at Bioscan Research, gaining experience across organisational management, regulatory compliance, financial operations, and business expansion.
