Bringing nearly a decade of experience across public policy, innovation strategy, ecosystem development, and organizational transformation. Antara Choudhury begins a new milestone in her journey as Project Lead at Deloitte. Also she begins a new chapter in Public Sector Consulting. Her work continues to focus on building citizen-first, impact-driven solutions for governments and public institutions.

Before this, Antara co-founded the Centre for Data Justice, where she led programs on ethical and inclusive data governance. She worked closely on frameworks that support responsible technology adoption across sectors.
Her leadership journey extends into the Global Shapers Community, where she served as Global Shaper, Impact Officer, Curator, Advisory Council Member, Community Champion, and now Alumni, driving climate action, youth development, and community projects. Antara is also a Climate Reality Leader at Climate Reality Leader, contributing to sustainability awareness and grassroots climate initiatives.
She previously served as Associate Director at PwC India, leading statewide entrepreneurship, MSME, and incubation initiatives. Her work enabled thousands of artisans, students, and early founders to access markets, funding, and capability-building platforms.
As an Independent Consultant, she advised governments and institutions on innovation programs, startup policy, skilling projects, and youth entrepreneurship, strengthening regional ecosystems with structured, scalable models.
Antara spent over six years at PwC India across roles as Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal Consultant/Manager. She led digital transformation programs for organizations with 10,000+ employees and built a new practice vertical with a 70% proposal conversion rate. Her work spanned smart cities, DEI strategy, workforce diagnostics, and large-scale capability development.
Her earlier experiences include mentoring 300+ students as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Ashoka University. Assistant Brand Manager and Outreach Manager at 9.9 Media (Education Division), and working with Microsoft’s strategy team as Student Consultant, where she documented 25 successful e-governance models and supported the Microsoft–CII–Digital India Summit.
Beyond her professional achievements, Antara is also a passionate writer. In 2025, three of her articles were published: “Data Justice in the Global South,” “Building Resilient Economies Through Skills-Based Systems,” and “From Hustle Culture to Systems Change: How Youth in the Global South Can Lead Social Innovation.” Her writing reflects her deep interest in equitable development, youth leadership, and the future of social innovation.
Today, as she steps into her new role, Antara envisions strengthening state capabilities and designing inclusive, innovation-led public service systems that uplift communities. Her work remains rooted in one belief: “Work–life continuum is the way to go!”
