With nearly two decades of expertise in telecom engineering, product innovation, and solution architecture, Chinmaya Shukla has taken on his new role as Head of Architecture at Nokia, based in Gurugram.

Chinmaya’s career began with leading technology firms like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, and Sterlite Technologies, where he built his foundation in business analysis, solution design, and delivery for large-scale telecom clients. He later advanced his global career with Huawei and Ooredoo Myanmar, strengthening his skills in architecture and governance across international markets.

In 2016, he joined Airtel, where he spent over 7 years driving engineering and product transformation, before moving to Netcracker Technology as Head of Engineering & Product R&D, leading innovation and managing large product development teams.

Now at Nokia, Chinmaya brings his rich expertise in solution architecture, AI, leadership, and strategy to design next-generation digital and telecom architectures, aligning with Nokia’s mission to create technology that connects the world.
