Ahmedabad International Book Festival

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), in collaboration with the National Book Trust of India, proudly presents the Ahmedabad International Book Festival 2025 — a nine-day celebration of knowledge, art, and culture, to be held from November 13 to 21 at the Sabarmati Riverfront Event Centre.

This grand festival aims to transform Ahmedabad into a vibrant hub of creativity, learning, and literary expression, attracting readers, writers, artists, publishers, and educators from across the country. With a strong emphasis on fostering a love for reading and cultural appreciation, the AMC has extended a special invitation to school and college students, teachers, and principals to actively participate in this inspiring event.

The festival will feature over 300 diverse activities, including book launches, author interactions, storytelling sessions, panel discussions, poetry recitations, art exhibitions, competitions, and hands-on workshops for all age groups. Visitors can look forward to engaging performances and thought-provoking sessions that celebrate India’s literary richness and artistic diversity.
