Jay Shah is excited to share a special milestone in his journey — he has joined Lexus Gujarat as the Head of Sales & Operations.
Jay’s professional journey began in 2015 with internships at Exide Industries Limited and Alibaba, where he laid a strong foundation in corporate operations and market dynamics. He then embarked on his automotive career at Audi, spending nearly two years from 2016 to 2018, first as a Sales Trainee and then as a Sales Consultant. In early 2018, he joined Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) as a Product Specialistfor two months before being recognized as the Showroom Sales Champion, a role he held for three years.
In March 2021, Jay took on the role of Sales Manager at the Porsche Centre Ahmedabad, where he honed his skills in ultra-luxury sales. By August 2021, he transitioned to Lodhaas a Senior Sales Executive, quickly rising to Deputy Manager of Sales. During his tenure at Lodha, Jay engaged with ultra high-net-worth individuals, crafted 360° marketing plans, led cross-pitching and negotiation strategies, and drove new avenues for revenue generation through digital campaigns and meticulous customer lifecycle management.
For close to a decade, he has been at the forefront of India’s luxury evolution, shaping narrative, strategy, and growth for global brands—Audi, Jaguar, Range Rover, Porsche, and the Lodha Group—in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. His retail strategy, brand development, and consumer engagement efforts have earned him praises across Gujarat.
