Under Krupa’s leadership, the firm blends strategy and storytelling to craft brand voices that move beyond visibility, building trust, depth, and emotional connection.
Before founding KARM Digital, Krupa spent nearly six years leading DM Force. A digital marketing venture she built from the ground up as Founder and Digital Media Strategist. At DM Force, she delivered 360° digital marketing solutions for clients across industries, spearheading business development, strategy, and team leadership. Her approach emphasized data-driven growth, innovative campaign planning, and client-centric execution, positioning DM Force (now evolved into KARM Digital) as a trusted digital growth partner for businesses in India and beyond.

Her leadership journey also includes her role as Independent Director – Business Development at Granth Creations. It is one of Ahmedabad’s leading content-driven branding agencies. There, she contributed to expanding Granth’s reach through strategic partnerships, business alliances, and integrated branding initiatives spanning content, design, and digital storytelling.
Krupa’s commitment to professional collaboration extends to her active role at BNI Ahmedabad. She has contributed to multiple leadership teams, including Policy & Procedure Coordination, Chapter Visibility (Social Media), BNI Connect, and Education. Her involvement reflects her dedication to community-driven business growth and professional networking.
Before establishing herself as an entrepreneur, Krupa built a strong professional foundation in digital strategy and technology. She served as a Digital Marketing Consultant for global clients, designing customized marketing frameworks, conducting audits, and driving integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, content, and social media.
Her earlier tenure at Sarjen Systems Pvt. Ltd. saw her evolve through multiple roles, from Software Professional and Analyst – Business & Communications to Consultant – Digital Media Strategy. During this time, she managed end-to-end digital initiatives, developed CRM systems, led 40+ online events and webinars, and streamlined BD operations for regulatory software products. She also briefly collaborated with OoWomaniya (Impetus Wellness Pvt. Ltd.) as a Digital Marketing Freelancer, amplifying women-focused wellness content and online presence.
Krupa’s career began at Acty System India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. She worked as a Software Developer, leading UI design, coding, and project management for Japanese clients while bridging cross-cultural communication in both English and Japanese. Her technical foundation in Java, SQL, and web development gave her the analytical precision that continues to shape her creative decision-making today.
Now, through KARM Digital, Krupa brings her multifaceted experience. From software and strategy to storytelling and soul, into a purpose-driven venture that helps brands find clarity, consciousness, and connection. Her vision for “Brand Alchemy” reflects her belief in transforming ideas into impact and vision into value.
