Manish Kainth is now CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, beginning a new chapter in his accomplished HR journey. Over two decades of his experience, he has worked across global organizations like Tata Consumer Products, Glaxo Smithkline Consumer Healthcare(GSK) , HSBC, IBM, Hindustan Unilever Limited and Tata Motors. Manish brings deep expertise in talent development, people strategy, and organizational transformation.

Before joining Torrent Pharma in June 2025, he spent over 10 years at Tata Consumer Products, where he held senior roles, including Senior Vice President of HR in Bengaluru and Head of International HR in London. He has also led impactful HR functions at IBM and Hindustan Unilever, shaping leadership pipelines and building strong workplace cultures.

Known for his strategic thinking, global outlook, and people-first mindset, Manish is now based in Ahmedabad, where he is ready to lead HR excellence at Torrent Pharma.
