Medical College, Ahmedabad, and working with Endolite, one of the world’s leading prosthetic companies, she witnessed how advanced prosthetic solutions could change lives. However, she also realised how unaffordable these technologies were for most Indian patients.
Driven by the dream to make world-class prosthetics accessible, Dr. Chandani started GetBak along with her husband, Bhargav Korat. The goal was clear: to provide high-quality prosthetic and orthotic support at one-third the global cost, without compromising on comfort, quality, or service.

During her years at Endolite, she realized that while advanced prosthetics existed, affordability was a major barrier in India. Many amputees could not access quality care. This gap inspired her to start GetBak, where the same advanced solutions would be available at a fraction of the price.

- The company holds a Guinness World Record for fitting the maximum number of limbs in a single day at an event organised by Vadtal Swaminarayan Temple and Gokuldham Nar on 3rd December 2021.
- GetBak is the exclusive Indian partner of ALTSO, a New York-based NGO, providing free prosthetic limbs to children under 21 years.
- To date, GetBak has successfully fitted over 5,000 prosthetic limbs, empowering individuals and families to rebuild their lives.
