• By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions. • Age Limit: Open to all • Rights of admission reserved with the organizer. • The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior intimation. • Entry will be permitted after thorough security check and through specified entrances only. • Re-entry is not permitted. • No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, match-box and flammable items/ matches flammable items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue. ⁠• The Event is a drug-free event. Any ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying and/or partaking in drugs or narcotics and/or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985, at the Event will be evicted immediately from the Venue and will not be refunded and/or compensated in any manner. Additionally, the organizer reserves all rights to initiate all available proceedings and actions under law against such ticket holder. • Organizer has the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, and/or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to harass persons, cause damage, injury, and/or nuisance at the Event. The organizer's decision is final in this regard. • The use of audio and/or video equipment including still cameras and any recording equipment is strictly prohibited. • The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable.
