Gen-Z Founders: Gujarat’s Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

The startup world is no longer just about age or experience. It’s about fresh thinking.
Across Gujarat, a new wave of Gen-Z founders is showing the world what bold ideas look like.
These young entrepreneurs — many still in their early 20s — are turning dreams into businesses.

From fashion to fintech, and food to sustainability, their journeys are full of passion and inspiration.
This article highlights 10 Gujarati Gen-Z entrepreneurs who are making headlines and breaking barriers.

Each one proves that innovation doesn’t wait for the “right” time — it begins the moment you dare to try.

Gujarati Gen-Z entrepreneurs:

1. Shaan Shah – Founder, Freakins (Ahmedabad)

While most teens followed trends, Shaan created one. He launched Freakins, a denim brand made for Gen Z comfort and confidence. Shaan built Freakins as a D2C brand that speaks Gen Z language — bold, expressive, and relatable. Through social media and influencer campaigns, Freakins became a youth-favorite across India.

2. Arth Chowdhary – Founder, InsideFPV (Surat)

At just 20, Arth turned a college project into India’s first plug-and-fly FPV drone company. InsideFPV was born in a VIT hostel room and grew into a “Make in India” tech success. Today, their drones are used in agriculture, cinematography, and defense — and even landed them on Shark Tank.

3. Shashvat Nakrani – Co-Founder, BharatPe (Bhavnagar)

Still a student at IIT Delhi, Shashvat co-created BharatPe to support small Indian merchants. He saw firsthand how shopkeepers lacked easy digital payments. In 2018, along with Ashneer Grover, he built BharatPe — a fintech platform enabling QR-based UPI transactions with zero fees, making him one of India’s youngest unicorn co-founders.

4. Anand & Amrit Nahar – Founders, ZORKO Ltd.(Surat)

Brothers Anand and Amrit Nahar — both in their early 20s —built ZORKO with a simple idea: deliver delicious food at affordable prices for the masses. Based in Surat, they launched Zorko as a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand that grew rapidly through franchising. With strong branding, unique pricing strategies, and wide menu options, Zorko expanded to 150+ outlets across India, earning them a deal on Shark Tank India.

5. Mishra Om – Founder, Enviro Wealth (Surat)

Om blended his love for the planet with smart finance. His venture, Enviro Wealth, focuses on eco-investments and carbon-conscious strategies. It’s a startup where profits meet purpose — the Gen Z way of doing business.

6. Priya & Mohit Gadhiya – Founders, Raja Rani Coaching (Surat)

This Gen Z couple from Surat turned their love for fashion and communication into Raja Rani Coaching, a training platform for aspiring beauty pageant contestants and content creators. What began as Instagram reels turned into a thriving ed-tech business. With over 1 lakh students and features on Shark Tank India and Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2025, their venture empowers Gen Zs to express and present themselves with confidence.

7. Harmeet Godhani – Founder, Helptag 365 (Surat)

At just 18, Harmeet spotted a simple problem — how to recover lost items. He launched Helptag 365, a scannable tag solution to track and return belongings. Now, thousands across India rely on it — proof that great ideas come young.

8. Kuldip Sorathiya – Co-Founder, Ksquare Energy(Ahmedabad)

At 23, Kuldip took a ₹15,000 loan and started Ksquare Energy from scratch — installing solar panels in his local neighborhood. Operating out of Ahmedabad, he began by convincing individual homeowners, growing slowly through word-of-mouth. Today, the bootstrapped startup generates ₹74 crore+ in revenue and is helping power India sustainably — proving that green energy can be both impactful and profitable.

Leading with Purpose and Passion

What makes these founders stand out isn’t just their age — it’s their mindset.
They’re not afraid to challenge the old. They believe in building what doesn’t exist yet.

From drones to denim, and salads to solar energy, their startups are rooted in inspiration and innovation.
Each story reminds us that being Gujarati today means being bold, creative, and future-focused.
